Yonkers, NY (May 29, 2026) — The Yonkers Downtown/Waterfront Business Improvement District is excited to once again bring the Yonkers waterfront to life with an exciting season of live music, cultural celebration, and community gatherings through the return of Yonkers Waterfront Live. The annual concert series will take place rain or shine from June 5 through August 14, 2026, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Waterfront Amphitheater, located at 71 Water Grant Street in Yonkers. Featuring an exciting lineup of Latin, Soul, Jazz, Blues, Disco, Caribbean, and global music performances, the series offers something for music lovers of all ages.
This year’s lineup showcases dynamic local, national, and international performers with themed evenings celebrating legendary artists and musical eras. Opening night features Audio Canvas Ft Julissa & Adam with a high-energy tribute to Latin Grammy favorites, including Bad Bunny, Shakira, Karol G, and Eddie Palmieri. Other highlights include Melo Green’s tribute to James Brown, Pharrell Williams, Childish Gambino, D’Angelo and Nina Simone, a Disco & Dance party featuring the music of Donna Summer and the Bee Gees, a Jazz & Swing evening honoring Ella Fitzgerald and Duke Ellington, and a Caribbean-inspired season finale with Chanique & D Magma Band.
“The Yonkers Waterfront Live concert series has become one of the signature traditions of summer in Yonkers,” said Sara Brody, Executive Director of the Yonkers Downtown/Waterfront BID. “These concerts bring our waterfront alive with music, culture, and community while showcasing the incredible energy and diversity that make Downtown Yonkers such a special destination for residents and visitors alike.”
As always, admission to all concerts is free and open to the public.
